Pricing
All goods offered for sale through our web site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Delivery charges (postage and packing) are charged at a reasonable charge. When shipping to countries outside the UK, the customer is solely responsible for the payment of any local import duties and/or taxes. (Please check prior to ordering with your local Customs & Excise office for any duties/taxes that may be payable upon receipt).
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal or by personal cheque. Goods will be sent immediately following clearance of the payment.
All goods remain the property of "Gentle Hands Baby Massage." until full Payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery
All products are normally dispatched within one working day and can be expected within 2-5 days. All products are packed safely before distribution. If we are shipping outside the UK you will be responsible for any local taxes or import duty to your country.
Delivery is charged at £3.50 to cover postage costs and packaging materials and is appropriate to UK mainland destinations only. For destinations outside mainland UK, delivery charges will be at cost accordingly to cover delivery charges and packaging materials. Chargeable delivery to a non UK Mainland address or any other country is at cost and you will be advised of the cost before your order is processed.
If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace your order. Overseas orders may take longer.
Cancellations and Returns
All orders are carefully checked before despatch. Occasionally, items are damaged in-transit, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. We will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you can cancel your order and then return them to us within 7 days for a full refund. The 7 days commences the day after receipt of the goods. This is your statutory cooling off period. To cancel your order you can e-mail or write to us within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number and product name. You must not use the item and you must take reasonable care of it. We ask that you take care when removing the goods from the packaging because unless the goods are returned in perfect condition, you will be responsible for any reduction in their resale value. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse unwanted goods, or at our discretion, take the goods back and charge you a re-stocking fee.
On receipt of your item(s) please check them carefully and any damaged or defective goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please provide a full description of the problem. We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
If the package is obviously damaged upon receipt - DO NOT SIGN for the package, REFUSE it as damaged.
Please contact us for the appropriate procedure for returning any item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or faulty, we will refund any delivery charges incurred by you in sending you the item and any costs incurred by you in returning them. Where you are returning the item for a refund within the 7 days cooling off period we will not refund any charges for the delivery of that item. You will be responsible for those charges and the cost of any other services provided to you.
Handling Complaints
We endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days.
We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.

We do not sell or share your data with any other companies and we always give you the chance un-subscribe from our mailing list if you no longer wish to receive our promotional e-mails.

Information that we hold about you can be checked by E-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will investigate and if necessary correct any errors immediately.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England.
All Contracts made between Gentle Hands Baby Massage and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English courts.
