I was given the Gentle Hands Massage Kit as a present when my daughter was born. It was a bit daunting to begin with as my daughter was very small when she was born and being a first time mum everything was so new, but I found the book really easy to follow and found that it was a lovely thing to do together. It’s hard to find things to do with small babies but this was something that we both got pleasure from. I found it relaxed us both and was very useful when I used the tummy massage to help when my daughter suffered from constipation. I would definitely recommend it to all new mothers.
